While, Most people are struggling to lose belly fat, but still there are people who are unable to add few kilos of weight.
Without describing their feeling of guilt, I would rather explain the process:-
1. Check Body Disorder:
Most people have skinny body due to four reasons- (I) HIV, (ii) Thyroid problems, (iii) Diabetes.
If there are no symptoms of such disorders, then the sugar present in food is not being digested by your body.
Solution- Consume fibres like cucumber, carrot, radish as a salad.
This will have an amazing effect in your body. Haven't you noticed swimmers, boxers, wrestlers and Olympians eating salads?
2. Increase your diet: If you want to be big, there is no way other than increasing your diet.
Intake of huge amount of carbs will help you to energize your body to prepare for workout.
Banana, Oats, peanut butter, sweet potato are the kings of carbohydrate.
3. Develop Each Muscle:
Target each Muscle through specific-muscle exercise.
Perform each muscle exercise, once in a week, to develop.

4. Consume Post-Workout Foods:
Food rich in proteins like cottage cheese, eggs, fish, beef are ideal to build muscle.
Exercise produced fatigue and breaks muscle while proteineous food repair and develop.
Note: You need to balance carbs and protein(2:1) in your food.
